I am an adult and I don’t get it about the races. Personally I don’t care but the media practically all days are whining about “unprivileged races” and how we should help them.
We have a topic about discrimination. And in USA, Chinese have been discriminated since centuries
About the construction of the transcontinental railroad
Unsurprisingly, white workers held almost all management positions and made more than their Chinese counterparts. When an Irish railroad worker killed a Chinese man in Texas, his case was dismissed because the judge could find no law that prohibited the killing of Chinese people. According to state law, only killing whites, African Americans and Mexicans was illegal.
And right now, they are openly racists against Asians in general.
However, are you seen a Chinese claiming for help?
In fact, I feel envy of some Chinese families: they are building a future, they are united, their kids are well trained and they raise kids that are hard workers and honest.
Now, are race equals? if yes, then why we should help one of them if they are equals?. How can you explain to a kid how it works? Because I don’t know.
