Xamarin is crap (and I spend a fortune in license to my team, now apparently it is for free), Forms is unstable as hell, the documentation is horrible, and everything is unpredictable. And the alternative (not-form) is not portable. Some features never worked, and Xamarin (MS) is spending time trying to add new features instead of fixing the mess. Proof: the Xamarin’s forum.
React Native = Webapps in disguise. React Native is not native but it could interact with native features but nothing more. Complains: the application doesn’t feel native, it’s slow and the lacks of features (without adding native code). Result: An angry customer and we dropped the react application and moving to create two apps, one for IOS and another for Android.
Also, PWA, same crap.
