Scrum is a framework that aims to deliver high value products in a complex environment.

Promises, promises

Agile, Scrum, Six Sigma, etc. does not deliver a sh*t, workers do that. So the premise is still valid.

Good workers -> Good work.
Mediocre workers -> Mediocre work.

Constant inspection and adaptation are key.

I agree with this one but we don’t need scrum for that.
